The $20 million Mohammed VI Institute for the Training of Imams, Morchidines and Morchidates in Rabat, trains both male and female Moroccan and international scholars. The Institute is at the heart of the kingdom’s efforts to reformulate a tolerant, quietist Islam, one that supports its counter-terrorism policy and security interests more broadly, with major aim of protecting reign on the throne and avoid revolts as evident in the Arab spring and rest of the world.

Notably, this interpretation of Islam is indirectly presented as an alternative to the pristine Islām of Saudi Arabia before it also began its reforms.

Moroccan Imam training institute, founded by King Mohammed VI in 2015, functions as a two-year intensive training program made for familiarizing religious leaders with the core elements in which the Moroccan religious model is based upon. It combines Maliki Islam, with a pronounced fusion of modernism and Sufism, this allows it to export its model not only within the continent, but also to the West, as it has done through its imam training programs in Europe and dispatch of Imams to conduct Ramadān especially in Europe. With counter terrorism at the forefront of global agendas, that is survival of the world capitalist system, the Jewish and the West motives, top of the list is non-reestablishment of the Islāmic caliphate or Shariah states they laboured to destroy. The country is likely most successful in achieving this than most of the Arab nations and even its neighbors.

The Institutes curriculum covers Islamic studies along with philosophy, history of religions, sexual education and mental health. The institute director Abdeslam Lazaar said students are taught that the concepts of democracy and human rights serve purposes rooted in Islamic values. This indeed opposes the pristine Islām, which is based on the shariah (Islāmic caliphate) system. Primarily the Qur'an and Hadith is the constitution.

The primary goal is to train Imams for Morocco and beyond with an end goal to preach a moderate model of Islām. This will enable the Imams to support the capabilities of their countries in a long-term efforts to prevent 'violent extremism' and to help promote sustainable security and stability -in a nutshell, survival of their dictatorship, thrones and colonialist agenda -.

Four years after establishment, Pope Francis got an invite to the institute, as a promotion to the institute and to reinvigorate “interfaith dialogue, mutual understanding between the faithful of the two religions, and [promote] the values of peace and tolerance.” Other ugly scenes at display during the visit includes speeches by students Imams centred on Pope's visit as a welcome confirmation that “Christians and Muslims are all brothers, all human beings.” An 'ok' signal to freedom of religion, as preached by the West against the pristine Islām. The curtains also opened to an orchestra. An imam, chanting the Muslim call to prayer, walked onto the stage as cellos droned. As the orchestra swelled, a Jewish woman singing a Hebrew prayer and a Christian woman singing the Ave Maria joined him. Music on the stage of the Imam's training institute. The musical mélange, was to serve as a clear message of unity between believers of the three Abrahamic faiths.

This and other activities termed 'ideological warfare', the Imam under training are groomed upon, on graduation they are expected to influence the society.

Indeed the destruction of Islām is affirmed by destruction of its systems foremost is the curriculum and the scholars. For that which brings about rectification has been destroyed. This is what the institute was founded to promote and propagate.

The founder King Mohammed VI, who endear to himself, the sacred tittle of Al Ameer l Mumineen (the leader of the faithfuls), presumably not leaders of faithfuls in Islām but faithfuls in secularism and every other "-ism" the West propagates, as commanded by their Zionist master and selfish desires.  Indeed, this founded Morrocan Islām propagated by the institute destroys pristine Islām and its core values.

The Moroccan Islām model is an attempt to dilute Islām by stripping away its political elements and use 'trained' imams to propagate a secularised version of Islām to Muslims under the pretext of modernity and counter terrorism.
