"The Arab states are motivated by the survival of their regimes, and that is what pushes them to peace with Israel in order to share some common goals". Nonetheless, the Arab world is paying the price of that peace with Israel, which is far greater than the price of conflict and war with the Zionist state.

US President Donald Trump made it clear that the goal of the presence of US troops in the Middle East is not only to plunder their natural resources like oil but also to protect Isreal.

A report from Watson Institute of International and Public Affairs at Brown University, stated that "The United States has appropriated and is obligated to spend an estimated $5.9 trillion (in current dollars) on the war on terror through Fiscal Year 2019, including direct war and war-related spending and obligations for future spending on post- 9/11 war veterans.
