Futile was US cutting off fund to UN Relief and Works Agency and Palestinians in influencing negotiation over Jerusalem capital move

The US has ended it support for the UN Relief and Work Agency (UNRWA) and has also halt other humanitarian support to the Palestinians, including to hospitals in Jerusalem providing cancer treatment to children. The move was seen as revenge for Palestinian officials boycotting the US government.
